Peer to Peer Coaching

I was a student once too...
As a nutrition student back in the early 2000s, I remember all too well what it felt like to take a leap of faith and change careers, start a new business and put myself out there with my passion for food, health and nutrition. I didn't know where to start with finding clients, or how to run a small business. I had many wonderful mentors along the way, and those guides were the helping hands that empowered me reach my goals. Today, I am happy to pay it forward for the nutrition professionals of tomorrow.

At the Nutrition Therapy Institute, I not only became a Master Nutrition Therapist (MNT) but later I became an instructor at the school. I was honored to teach entry-level and advanced curriculum both in the classroom and online for five years. Ever since, I have been a mentor and internship instructor for nutrition students in Denver as well as for those seeking guidance in their nutrition careers all around the country.

I am really excited to support your practice goals through a series of classes called JAM Sessions ("Just Ask Me").

Classes for New Nutrition Professionals

Are you currently starting up your own nutrition business?  This is a new peer-to-peer coaching "mini" class just for nutrition professionals who have specific questions related to our field.

In each class, I will field your queries about tricky client cases, recommendations for therapeutic nutrients, interpreting lab values, relationship-building, facing small business challenges, and more.
I have enjoyed teaching and mentoring nutrition students and new nutrition professionals since 2011 - this format extends your learning BEYOND the classroom!

This class aims to help you take your practice to the next level, or just address the daily ins-and-outs of working in the exciting nutrition profession.
Each one-hour "virtual" class is only $10 and class size is limited to 10 students total to enable engaging small group discussions and interaction.
